Have you ever been in a dance and suddenly found yourself in the opposite dance role? No? You should try! There are so many benefits to familiarizing yourself with both lead and follow parts in a dance. This class will offer clear movement that allows you to transition between roles simply, while offering a way to keep your dances interesting and communicative. We recommend that you feel comfortable in the basics of a single role to get the most out of this topic.
