This workout will have you breaking a sweat! Class is friendly for non-experienced and experienced dancers alike and runs every first and third Saturday. The remainder of summer sessions will be 8:30am-9:15

Class Layout:

1) Full body, yoga style warm up

2) Isolation Drills- rib cage flexibility, hip articulation, chest and hip rolls, shimmy stationary and while traveling

3) Traveling Amalgamation- *this might involve turning

4) Isolation Follow Along

5) Mindful Cooldown

Music is both traditional/tribal and modern workout. Dress in workout clothing, no shoes. Your belly does not need exposing. Feel free to bring a yoga mat and belly scarf. This class is not gendered specific. pre-registration required. 6 person cut off.
